35 years! I’m sure looking back my mom and dad would say time flew by pretty quickly.

A lot happens in a third of a decade. For most, it consists of getting married and beginning this life together, having kids, raising them, becoming empty nesters and of course weathering through all of life’s ups and downs in between.

I’m pretty sure the last time my parents had professional photos taken was on their wedding day. For me, being able to take these photos was such an honor and so much fun.

Part of my reward was getting a phone call from my mom when she saw the photos and her telling me how much she loved them. She told me she loved the way they looked even though now they look older. I told her I believe it’s a privilege to be able to celebrate 35 years together.
